UPDATE: Trade Mark Directive: Access all major changes to national trade mark law in one map

The Trade Mark Directive (EU) 2015/2436 (the “Directive”) has already been implemented into many national trade mark laws throughout the EU and will be implemented into many more in the coming months. This executes the EU’s next step towards harmonisation of  EU trade mark law. The directive will bring different changes to each country within the EU.
